Medieval Help Desk

I have played the role of Help Desk to many a friend and family member. It really is amazing how some things that are plainly evident to one person, can be a complete mystery to another.

    Now the question is: Will he be able to remember how to do it and what the heck "turn the page" means when he next wants to read the book?
