The One Gathering

Kath and I took the ferry out to one of the islands for a Reiki workshop put on by her office mate. It was cold but sunny...



Went to this place called Aldermarsh. Really cool retreat center with different little buildings.


Sweat lodge


Heated bathroom outside.


Jen giving a talk about life and spirituality and cool stuff.


Then we hit a quaint little pub near home and had a beer & food. It was a good day.
